4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Any non-refundable transaction, payment gateway, or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.
5. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, any return or refund request will be subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
